Aziz has been in insurance industry for over 25 years.. His working experiences included IBS Insurance Broking Service, Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT), Aon Indonesia, Aon Reinsurance Brokers Indonesia, Caraka Mulia (ex legacy of Bank Exim), Berdikari Insurance and Asuransi Dayin Mitra Tbk.
In 1983 he joined IBS Insurance Broking Service. His latest position was a senior unit manager. After 8 year then he resigned from IBS and joined New Zealand Insurance Indonesia. Few years later he was in charged as President Director of Estika Jasatama a subsidiary company of the largest state owned bank. In 2001 he joined PT Jasa Indonesia (JASINDO) Indonesia a stated owned insurance company.
