Iil has a strong background in engineering and construction. She started her career as junior assistant at a national company in charged as EPC contractor. In 1995 she moved to ANZ Panin Bank a joint venture bank. A year later she moved back to construction business by joining Balcke-Durr Siemens Indonesia.
In 1997 she joined PT Thiess Contractors Indonesia. She was responsible for process engineering department. In 2000 she moved out and joined PT Siemens Indonesia in charged as sales and marketing in building, technologies, fire safety and security products.
Her insurance career started when she signed a strategic partner with a national insurance broker in 2005 as sales and marketing. She was succesful. Then she continued her journey in insurance by joining ALLIANZ Indonesia in 2006. In 2008 she joined L&G as senior assistant.
Currently Iil is incharged as Sales and Marketing director. She has been succesfull in serving all clients. She is responsible to find solution for all client’s challenges. She shows good leadership and able to lead her team to make great achiement.
Since 2014 Iil has been succesful in winning the annual premium production contest held by PT Asuransi Sinar Mas. She won and deserved tier 1 package tour. She has been traveling to Australia, Norway, Finland, Turkey, Italy, United Kingdom and New Zealand.
She holds certificate of Australia New Zealand Insurance Institute and Finance (ANZIIF snr.assoc) CIP and Certified Indonesian Insurance Broker (CIIB).
